If you've ever watched your horse lose a race, then taken another look at the winner and said, "How did I miss that?" then the Handicapper's Highlight Notes (v 1.3) are just what you need. This PC program reads a comma delimited past performances file from either TSN or BRIS, and gives you a concise summary of the key elements of each race.

It lists all horses with winning streaks, tells you which have the hottest jockey and trainer, which had the best speed ratings, the highest win percentage on today's track as well as at today's distance. It tells you which are adding or dropping weight, changing blinkers or on 1st time Lasix. It tells you which have had the shortest layoff, bullets in their last workouts, had the most speed points or closed fast in their last race, and shows the Morning Line odds every time it lists a horse. It even lists any horses that are coming off a Claim, Trainer Change, or Maiden win!

If that's not enough... It lists all the races in the past performances in which horses in today's race have competed before, Head-To-Head, along with their finishing position! All this information is summarized for you, usually on a single page as shown below.
